How do I update my application to the latest version?

For iOS applications, updates are managed through the App Store. Simply open the App Store app, tap your profile icon, scroll down to see available updates, and tap "Update" next to our application.

For macOS applications, you can either enable automatic updates in the App Store preferences or manually check for updates by opening the App Store and clicking on the "Updates" tab.

What should I do if the application crashes?

If you experience a crash, try these steps:

  1. Close the application completely
  2. Restart your device
  3. Make sure you have the latest version installed
  4. If the issue persists, check our troubleshooting guide or contact support with details about when the crash occurs
How can I recover my data if I get a new device?

Most of our applications sync data via iCloud. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID on your new device, your data should sync automatically.

If you're not using iCloud sync, you can manually export your data from the old device (usually in Settings > Data > Export) and import it on the new device.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes, most features of our applications work offline. Any changes you make while offline will sync to the cloud when you reconnect to the internet.

Some specific features that require internet connectivity may be disabled while offline, such as real-time collaboration or cloud-based processing.
