We don't believe essential software should be a recurring expense. When you purchase our applications, you receive all features without any subscription requirements.

Do your apps require subscriptions?

No. None of our applications require subscriptions. We sell our apps for a fair, one-time price. After purchasing, you own the application and can use it indefinitely without additional payments.

Are there in-app purchases?

No. We don't include in-app purchases in our applications. The price you pay in the App Store is the complete price - all features are included.

Will I need to pay for future updates?

No. Your one-time purchase includes all updates within the same major version number. We regularly provide bug fixes, improvements, and new features at no additional cost.

Only major version upgrades (e.g., from version 1.0 to 2.0) might be offered as new purchases, but these are optional and typically represent significant enhancements to the application.

Do I need to pay separately for iOS and macOS versions?

For most of our newer applications, we use Apple's universal purchase system, which means a single purchase works across iPhone, iPad, and Mac (when available).

The App Store listing will clearly indicate if an app supports universal purchase. For Lio Price Browser, one purchase covers all compatible Apple devices.

What payment methods do you accept?

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. The App Store accepts various payment methods including:

  • Apple Gift Cards
  • PayPal (in supported regions)
  • Mobile phone billing (in supported regions)

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled directly by Apple. To request a refund for an app purchase:

  3. Find the purchase you want to refund

Apple's refund policies typically allow refunds within 14 days of purchase, though this may vary by region.
