Bug Reports: When you choose to report a bug through our in-app reporting tool, you may voluntarily send us:

This information is only collected when you actively choose to send a bug report. No bug report data is collected if you do not enable bug reporting or submit a report.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

The App does not automatically collect any personal information from you. All data related to your browsing, price tracking, and other app functionality is stored locally on your device.

2.3 Permissions

The App requests the following permissions:

• Notifications: To send you notifications about price changes or other relevant information
• Background Processing: To allow the App to run in the background to check price updates at intervals you specify

These permissions are not used to collect or transmit your personal information.

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

3.1 Local Storage

All user data, including browsing history, tracked prices, and user preferences, is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit or store this information on our servers.

3.2 Cookies

The browser component of the App stores cookies to function properly, similar to other web browsers. These cookies are stored locally on your device and are not accessible to us. You can clear these cookies at any time through the App's settings panel.

3.3 Data Retention

Locally stored data is retained until you choose to:

• Manually clear the data cache through the App's settings panel
• Set a timer within the settings panel to automatically clear data
• Uninstall the App, which will remove all associated data

We do not retain any user data on our servers.

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for users 17 years of age and older, as required by Apple for applications with unfiltered web browsers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. Age verification is handled by Apple's App Store during the purchase process.

5. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You have control over your data through the following options:

• Clear Browser Data: You can clear all browser cookies and cached data through the settings panel.
• Disable Notifications: You can disable notifications in your device settings or within the App.
• Disable Background Processing: You can disable background processing in your device settings or within the App.
• Delete All Data: Uninstalling the App will remove all data associated with the App from your device.

The App may contain links to third-party websites. Clicking on these links may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.

The App can open links in Safari, which operates under Apple's privacy policy.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website (lionardosworkshop.com) and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

The App is available worldwide. As all data is stored locally on your device and we do not collect personal information, there are no specific international data transfer concerns. The App is designed to comply with privacy regulations in all jurisdictions.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
